These shares represent the aggregate number of purchases made pursuant to the Share Buyback Programme from Monday, 12 May 2025 to Friday, 16 May 2025 (inclusive). In accordance with the requirements of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, the Company hereby notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital as at Tuesday, 20 May 2025, consists of 486,603,676 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,300,825 shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at Tuesday, 20 May 2025 is 485,302,851. This figure should be used by Shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ordinary Shares under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and/or the Irish Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended.
