Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby notifies Holders of the automatic
Exercise on 26 August 2022 (see the related securities above).

On 26 August 2022 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore the Autocalls
were Exercised and expired on 26 August 2022. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as
follows:
