Shareholders are referred to the announcement titled “Dealings in
Securities by a Prescribed Officer” which was published on the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange(“JSE”) News Service on 22 August
2022(the “Announcement”).
For transaction 1, the strike price was erroneously stated as
“R 473.05” instead of “R 576.29” and the number of ordinary shares
acquired as a result of net equity settlement as “1 115” instead of
“1 047”
