NOTIFICATION OF INCREASE IN GUARANTEE ISSUED BY TELEMASTERS IN FAVOUR OF CAPITEC BANK
                                 LIMITED (“Capitec”)


The Company has been granted additional asset finance by Capitec in relation to Ultra
Datacentre Proprietary Limited (“UltraDC”). The new asset finance facilities granted totalled
R1.1 million.

Capitec required a suretyship for the same amount to be issued as security for the UltraDC loan
and required shareholders to be notified of such guarantee. Accordingly, the existing guarantee
has been increased to R4 110 000.
