The award of nil-cost options over ordinary shares of five pence each in the Company
(“Shares”) granted to Rita-Rose Gagné on 2 November 2020 under the Hammerson plc
Restricted Share Scheme (the “Award”), ceased to be subject to a holding period and became
exercisable on 2 November 2025. On 9 December 2025, Rita-Rose exercised the Award and
sold 416,131 Shares to cover her tax and national insurance liability in respect of the Award.
Rita-Rose has retained the remaining 452,295 Shares which were subject to the Award.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse
