INVESTEC LIMITED PURCHASE OF INVESTEC PLC ORDINARY SHARES AND REPURCHASE OF
INVESTEC LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES

Further to the share purchase and share buyback programme commencement announcement on 20
August 2025 (“The Programme”), the following purchases were made:

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - LSE
Investec Limited (the “Company”) announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec plc
ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                    1,066,453
Lowest price paid per share                                       GBP5.8500

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial
statements of the Investec Group.

Since the 20th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 6,714,347 shares at a cost (including dealing
and associated costs) of GBP37,231,600.

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - JSE
The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec plc ordinary shares of
0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

Since the 20th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 4,829,421 shares at a cost (including dealing
and associated costs) of R624,012,175.

Investec Limited repurchases of Investec Limited ordinary shares - JSE
The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec Limited ordinary
shares of R0.0002 each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.
