         AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF IMBIIC AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 28 SEPTEMBER 2022

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes (“Autocalls”), hereby notifies Holders of the potential
automatic Exercise on 28 September 2022 (see the related securities above).

On 28 September 2022 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore the
Autocalls were Exercised and expired on 28 September 2022. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount
determined as follows:
