Further to the share purchase program announced on 3 October 2022, the following purchases were made:

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - JSE

Investec Limited (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec plc’s ordinary shares
of 0.0002 pence each through J.P. Morgan Equities South Africa Pty LTD.
