CLOSING AND RESULTS OF OFFER, ISSUE OF NEW SHARES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS


Shareholders are referred to the prospectus registered by the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission and
issued by Lighthouse on Friday, 25 November 2022 (the “Prospectus”), together with the abridged prospectus
released on SENS on the same day. Pursuant to the Prospectus, Lighthouse has resolved to issue 7 692 308 new
Lighthouse shares at an issue price of 650 ZAR cents per share, raising ZAR 50 million. In light of applications
received, the offer is now closed and 7 692 308 new shares will be issued and listed on the JSE with effect from the
commencement of trade on Wednesday, 14 December 2022.

Subsequent to the issue of the new Lighthouse shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to
1 696 976 208 ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Lighthouse will be
1 696 976 208 with effect from Wednesday, 14 December 2022, which may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest or change
to their interest in Lighthouse.

In respect of all shareholders who will receive the new Lighthouse shares, their CSDP/broker accounts will be
credited and updated with the new Lighthouse shares on Wednesday, 14 December 2022.
