In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.66 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited (“the Listings Requirements”), we
hereby provide the following information regarding dealings in ARM
securities by a prescribed officer of ARM:

It has come to ARM’s attention that the transaction above was
mistakenly implemented on 29 April 2022 on behalf of the relevant
prescribed officer without him being aware of such transaction at
the time by his authorised broker. The requisite clearance and
approvals for this transaction have subsequently been obtained.
