Awards of nil-cost options over 5p ordinary shares in the Company (“Shares”), that
were made on 22 March 2022 under the Hammerson plc Deferred Bonus Share
Scheme, vested on 22 March 2024 and were subsequently exercised by the following
PDMR on 12 April 2024. A portion of these shares were then sold automatically to cover
their tax and national insurance liability in respect of the share awards.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market
