Brait’s share are primarily listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, with a secondary listing on the JSE. Brait’s Convertible Bonds are listed on the on the Open Market (Freiverkehr) segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Brait invests in primarily privately owned businesses by making long-term investments. It's current investments include Virgin Active, Premier, Iceland Foods and New Look.
